As soon as you have told us the few simple things about your home, we will spend some time looking into the property. We don't need to visit the property to do this – we use our own valuation software, linked to a database of similar properties, to judge what the properties real value is in the current market.

We'll send you an offer

Within 24 hours of receiving your details, we will give you a call to discuss the best possible offer we are able to make for your property. In this call we will also discuss your needs in terms of timing, including when you need the funds to be with you, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
